cheesecake!

a classic dessert.

  • you will need: sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, lemon juice, eggs, cream cheese, gram cracker crust. this recipe makes two cakes.
  • first, you'll need to get your cream cheese to room temp. most cream cheese will come in a box containing two foil seal packages. get them both to room temp then place them in your mixing bowl. add your can of sweetened condensed milk, 2 (0.33 ounces) teaspoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon (0.16 ounces) vanilla extract, and two large eggs. mix until everything is properly incorporated.
  • next, transfer everything into your gram cracker pie crusts (or oreo/your fav premade pie crust) the bring into a 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test. (comes out clean) allow to chill for 24 hours after baking, then serve!
  • don't forget garnishes, such as whipped cream canied cherries or fruits!
